Lynette is a 4-star Anemo Sword character and can be summoned on any banner in the game, including the Standard Banner, Character Event Wish banner, and Weapon Event Wish banner. Occasionally, Lynette will receive a rate-up alongside a featured 5-star character in a Character Event Wish banner, increasing the likelihood that you obtain a Lynette. All players can receive a free Lynette by reaching Adventure Rank 25, in a permanent event that will grant you this character for no extra cost. Lynette is an Anemo support character who functions similarly to other Anemo supports in the game, such as Sucrose, Venti, or Kazuha. Lynette does not have strong crowd control, only getting a variation of CC with her Constellation 1. Instead, her support revolves around her Elemental Burst, which possesses a strong taunt that can group up enemies together that way. Otherwise, Lynette can sub in as Anemo support for generally any team reliant on elemental damage. Here are the best team comps for Lyney in Genshin Impact.

  • Lynette / Xingqiu / Xiangling / Bennett: This is a classic team comp that follows a formula of Anemo support, off-field Hydro applicator like Xingqiu or Yelan, with Xiangling and Bennett to close the team out. Lynette is not as strong in this comp as someone like Sucrose or Kazuha, as her crowd control is weaker and she does not actually provide any Elemental Mastery or Elemental DMG buffs. However, Lynette can make an acceptable substitution in the event that you do not have those characters.
  • Lynette / Ganyu / Xiangling / Bennett: Lynette’s main utility comes from her taunt, so you can get away with running characters like Ganyu who can appreciate the taunt Lynette provides. Additionally, running a Viridescent Venerer set on Lynette can help increase the damage of Ganyu and Xiangling.
