There are several islands that surround Twinning Isle.

 

First, go to the ginormous island to the south and glide around its western section.

You should spot “Incoming Tide” in an indentation in the cliff face.

The other two Echoing Conches are found on the two smaller islands just east of the larger central one.

“Two Paths Through the Lonely Forest” is on top of the rock formation near a challenge plate.

Meanwhile, “Five Mountains Hide the Little Village” is on the beach of the next island near some crystal ores.
