Tatarasuna Electro Barrier puzzle
You’ll find this puzzle area close to where you’ve been collecting Mysterious Conches for Takashi. There’s a large barrier near the shore and it has several puzzle blocks. You can actually shoot through the Thunder Barrier with a bow-user and, if you’re able to line up all the blocks correctly, the Luxurious Chest will spawn.
Moreover, there’s a Thunder Bough/Electrograna that’s inactive, and we need to find the three Electro Seelie to empower it. Once you’ve spotted these beings, follow them until they’re on their pedestals next to the Thunder Bough plant.
Seelie location #1
Take a look at the four Electro blocks on another shoal. You need to shoot them so that all the “petals” on each block light up. This will make the Seelie appear.
Seelie location #2
Activate the challenge marker and defeat the Fatui mobs that show up.
Seelie location #3
Just north of Takashi’s hut, you’ll see three contraptions that can be moved around if you’re affected by Electro. You can use the nearby Electrograna or Electro Crystal for this purpose. Alternatively, you can charge Beidou’s elemental skill which will also move the machinery.
These objects need to face certain directions. You can refer to the image below for the solution:
When all the Electro Seelies are in place, you can use the Thunder Bough/Electrograna to solve the puzzle/grab the Luxurious Chest.
You may also use the grapple to reach the Electroculus that’s high up in the air.
