Around the Forest of Erinnyes, there is a new Hidden Teleport Waypoint which needs to be unlocked after passing a small QnA session at the Rusty Rudder. Completing this puzzle will give you access to a cave full of rewards like Mora, Primogems, and more. All Rusty Rudder Permingeat’s Questions and Answers in Genshin Impact
After you have found Permingeat, interacting with her will initiate a conversation. Here, she will tell you about the conditions for using the cannon. According to the conditions, you have to answer three questions before you can activate the cannon. Here are the questions that you will be asked by Permingeat along with their answers.

Rusty Rudder location in Genshin Impact
The Rusty Rudder is situated in the east of the Foggy Forest Path of Fontaine region. Around this location, you can find the Rusty Rudder. Now, enter the ship and progress deeper to find Permingeat. If you choose to interact with his NPC, she will tell you a lot about the cannon in front of you and also ask you some fun questions. After reaching the location for the first time, you will be given some time to find the answers to the questions.

How to unlock the Hidden Teleport Waypoint in Genshin Impact
After you are done answering all the questions correctly, you will be given permission to activate the cannon situated in the Rusty Rudder. Now, go near the cannon and press on Operate. Once you take charge of the cannon, do not change the direction of the cannon. Now, fire the cannon in the direction that it is already set in. After pressing fire, the cannon will fire a Hydro Bullet and it will break the wall of the cave and open an entrance for you. Outside the entrance, you will find the Hidden Teleport Waypoint. Go near the waypoint, and interact with it to activate it.
Genshin Impact: Permingeat’s Question and Answer Rewards
Answering Permingeat’s questions correctly will give you access to a cave with a lot of rewards waiting for you. After breaking the wall of the cave, you can find an Exquisite Chest in front of the Hidden Teleport Waypoint. This chest will carry 20,000 Mora for you as a reward. Now, if you head down the cave, you can find more chests.
As soon as you get down to the cave, you will find a Common Chest being guarded by some Hydro Slimes. After defeating these Hydro Slimes successfully, x2 Primogem, x1 Hydro Sigil, and 100 Mora as rewards.
You can find another chest called the Luxurious Chest in a waterbody in this cave. However, to unlock this chest, you will need to guide three Seelie to their respective pillars. Defeating the Hydro Slimes will automatically send the first Seelie towards the location. You just need to get near it and guide it towards the pillar.
Now, you can find the second Seelie in front of a pedestal on the southern side of this location. However, to move this Seelie, you will be required to solve a Dew Bubble puzzle. After you Observe the pedestals, they will spawn two Dew Bubbles. To solve this puzzle, just hit the two Bubbles when they are moving downward. Make sure to hit the nearer bubble first, and the farther one later.
The last Seelie can be found on the opposite side of the pedestal that you just observed. Go near this Seelie and guide it towards the pillar near it. After all the Seelies get to their respective places, the Luxurious Chest will get unlocked under the water. The Luxurious Chest will give you x4 Hydro Sigil, 300 Mora, and x10 Primogem.
