Steamy revelations.

There are a variety of collectibles in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Some of the more unusual items you’ll gather in the game are Bubbul Gems. You find them by defeating cave frogs, which are sometimes very difficult to locate. Here is our guide revealing the Gorko Tunnel Bubbulfrog location in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom – Gorko Tunnel Bubbulfrog location

Once you learn how to get and use Bubbul Gems, you’ll likely have a hard time passing up any cave frogs you happen to see. Very nearly any cave environment you encounter hides a frog, and they favor chambers well off the beaten path.

To find the Gorko Tunnel Bubbulfrog location, look through steam to spot a small, easily missed opening. You are likely to first visit the Gorko Tunnel while completing the Simmerstone Springs side quest. Read up on our guide for that quest if you need assistance finding the cave.

Once you have located Gorko Tunnel, work your way to its rear chamber. It contains a shallow hot spring. When you are completing the side quest, Kima meets you there and relaxes in the hot liquid.

Look around the chamber where you meet with Kima and he gives you the Silver Rupee and Hard-Boiled Egg (3) as a reward for completing his side quest. Steam forms a haze in the air, but look carefully along the back wall. If you approach it, enough of the steam should clear to reveal a semi-hidden opening. I went through this room a few times without spotting that opening.

Step through the opening to find the frog waiting along the back wall. It may not even move when you first approach.  Shoot it down from the wall and defeat it to receive your usual Bubbul Gem reward.
