Hearts Of Iron III: For The Motherland Announced

Paradox has announced ‘For The Motherland,’ the second expansion for WWII grand stategy title Hearts of Iron III.
Due for release in the second quarter of 2011, For The Motherland will expand the features offered in Hearts of Iron III (and hopefully fix some of the bugs.) As you might expect from the name, Mother Russia will be a point of focus for the add-on.
In the video below, designer Chris King talks about how the AI will be improved and various other aspects of the game.
As an interesting aside, Newsnight’s Paul Mason recently played the original Hearts of Iron III and wrote up his experiences with the game. It’s a good read.
