The Tour is a fun mission story that takes place in Hitman 3’s Mendoza level/The Farewell mission. It’s “fun” because of all the possible assassination challenges that you can complete in a single run. Oh, and it also leads to a secret mission story at the end. Here’s our guide to help you out.

Hitman 3: Mendoza – The Tour and Tamara Vidal assassination challenges guide
You can start The Tour mission story in Hitman 3‘s Mendoza level by reaching the reception hall and listening in to the conversation between Corvo Black and Archibald Yates’ chief of security. Alternatively, you can head downstairs and find the chief winemaker (listen in on the phone call).
If you followed the mission story’s guide with Corvo, you’ll need to follow him to the viewing deck, then subdue him to take his attire. You should then head to the grape fields to meet Diana Burnwood and Tamara Vidal.
Make your way through the grape fields, switch to a worker’s attire, and speak to the chief winemaker. Then, go to the nearby shed to get the grape knife and wrench (very important). Take a look at the distiller as well since it lets you craft lethal poison. When you’re done, present the grapes to the winemaker and subdue him to loot his clothing.
Note 1: If you started The Tour by eavesdropping on the chief winemaker, you simply need to follow him to the grape fields and complete the same steps. The main difference here is that Corvo will be around later since you didn’t incapacitate him.
Note 2: The “Grapes of Wrath” feats challenge seems to be bugged.
Important save: I suggest keeping a save file handy now. You’ll be taking Tamara Vidal and Diana Burnwood (and maybe even Corvo Black) on a tour of Archibald Yates’ winery. However, before you do that, you can do a bit of preparation if you want to get the “Secondary Fermentation” feats challenge done. Likewise, be reminded that you can complete numerous challenges here as you go around the facility. You might as well keep reloading to obtain these tallies.
Note 1: When presenting the various equipment to Vidal, make sure she’s close to you so that her dialogue fires. If she’s too far away, she might not get in position for a quick kill.
Note 2: If you want to unlock the Closing Statement mission story, you’ll need to finish The Tour normally with Tamara Vidal still alive. Likewise, trying to get “To Loyalty,” an assassination challenge, requires that you reach a particular area to administer poison before you finish The Tour.
“Coldhearted” assassination challenge – After talking to the group once more, enter the facility. Take the screwdriver from the barrels to your left. Do a showcase of the production room first, then present the freezer to Vidal. Sabotage the panel once she’s inside.
“Pulp Friction” assassination challenge – Present the grape crusher to Vidal and push her off to see a fatality.
“Firebrand” assassination challenge – Pick up the fuse cell that’s on a worker’s desk and place it inside the panel. Take Vidal to the distillery room, then quickly do the following:
- Sabotage the wine pump.
- Sabotage the wiring.
- Activate the high-voltage switch next to where you inserted the fuse cell.
You’ll definitely get discovered, but Vidal’s shock (get it?) will make her stay in position near the exposed wires. She’ll get electrocuted, and Diana will probably get killed as well. Just reload your save.
“A Thick Must” feats challenge – Take Vidal to the distillery room without doing anything suspicious. When you showcase the grape presser and she moves there, hold “G” twice to turn her into pulp.
“Primary Fermentation” feats challenge – Climb the stairwell and show the fermentation tank to Vidal. Subdue her and toss her body in the tank.
That’s it. You’ve done all the challenges in Hitman 3‘s Mendoza level, at least the ones concerning The Tour mission story. Head to the barrel room and speak to the group to finish your romp.
Don Archibald Yates (your other target) will drop by. He’ll invite Tamara Vidal and Diana Burnwood to join him and the other Providence members for a meeting. Likewise, he’ll tell his chief of security that he needs a bottle of 1945 Grand Paladin. This unlocks the Closing Statement mission story.
