Honkai Star Rail: Best Build for Qingque – Relics, Light Cones, Eidolons, and Abilities

Here's the best build for Qingque.

Qingque is a 4-star character from Honkai Star Rail and is an Elation DPS character, designed to be the main DPS of your team. Elation characters are designed to specialize in AoE damage, but Qingque more accurately deals “blast” damage, dealing high burst damage to a smaller group of enemies. Qingque’s 4-star status might make you think Qingque is a weaker character overall, but she is a very strong character with the right build that rivals the damage of some 5-star characters. Here’s our guide on the best build for Qingque in Honkai Star Rail.

Qingque is an Elation character, giving you plenty of Light Cone options to pick from. There are many great options for Qingque, but you’ll want to use the best of them. Here are some of the best Light Cones for Qingque in Honkai Star Rail.

  • Before Dawn: Before Dawn is actually Jing Yuan’s signature Light Cone, designed to synergize with his kit. However, this Light Cone is also the strongest Light Cone for Qingque. This Light Cone increases the wearer’s Crit DMG by 36%, Skill DMG by 18%, and Ultimate DMG by 18%. This weapon also increases follow-up damage by 48%.
  • Today is Another Peaceful Day: This is a 4-star Light Cone that increases the wearer’s DMG by 0.20% of their energy at Superimposition 1. This Light Cone can increase her damage by 28%, which only scales higher as you earn more copies of this weapon.
  • The Seriousness of Breakfast: This is a good free-to-play option available to all players. This Light Cone increases the wearer’s DMG by a flat amount, and increases the wearer’s ATK after defeating an enemy, stacking up to 3 times.

Relics

  • The Rutilant Arena will be her best option for her Planar relics. This set increases the wearer’s Crit Rate by 8% and the Basic ATK DMG by 20%. Qingque’s primary damage comes from her Basic ATK damage, so this set will suit her nicely.
