How do you beat Ann boss fight in Persona 5 Tactica

Ann’s boss fight comes pretty early into Persona 5 Tactica, when you’re just finding your flow with the mechanics and how your party works as a unit. This fight can be a bit of a hard one early on, as it was for me! Luckily, there are a couple of tricks that can make this fight just a bit easier if you follow the steps in this guide. First, we should talk about party composition. This early in the game you only have three party members, so that’s not an issue, but a key component of this guide for the boss fight is having the area of effect persona skills unlocked for Joker and Mona. So grab those if you haven’t already!

When you get into the fight you’ll be at the other end of the battlefield to Ann, but thanks to Persona 5 Tactica’s One More system, we can close that gap in one singular turn. First, you’re going to want to use Magaru with Mona on the first two enemies in front of you, this will then knock them back into a state where we can use them for a One More. After doing that with Mona, you’re going to want to select Joker and proceed up the field into cover on the right side of the wall that Ann and another unit are behind. Once you’re here, use Maeiha to hit the enemy behind cover and Ann at the same time.

Finishing the fight

On the other side, select Erina and use your gun to get a One More from the other enemy that Mona knocks back, and proceed forward in the same manner as Joker. From this point in the Ann boss fight in Persona 5 Tactica, you’re going to want to attack Ann with an Art. This will get you an immediate leg up in the fight and should make the rest of it a pretty easy task.

If this isn’t enough to put you in an advantageous position in the Ann boss fight of Persona 5 Tactica, you can still take out the units behind you by shooting or attacking the barrels, giving you some more opportunities for One Mores with your highest damage dealer. Ann deals some major damage too, so make sure you’re in cover to resist some of the oncoming damage.
