Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is a game I would say is much more bark than bite. However, every so often throughout the gameplay, you will come across bursts of high-octane action. They’re few and far between, but they’re good when they turn up. During the Black Steel in The Hour of Chaos mission in Cyberpunk 2077, you will be expected to blast your way through some pretty beefy opponents.

Songbird has been captured by MaxTac, and you have chosen to side with Reed during the Firestarter mission. It’s time to chase her down and get her back. But you’re going to have to find her first.
Choose a Netrunner
Your progress in the base game determines who you can call to assist you in Black Steel in The Hour of Chaos. You will have the options of Nix, Carol Emeka, Chang-Hoon Nam, or recruit a netrunner from good ol’ Mr. Hands for 15,000 eddies.
Who you recruit doesn’t matter to the game. Pick them up from the spot they choose and continue with the Cyberpunk 2077 mission.
Plan an Ambush
You can now get in position outside the old hotel by Pacifical West Wind Apartments. It’s time to ambush. I would suggest a high vantage point and some heavy-duty, long-range weapons to pick away at the vans.
Once you have dealt with the first wave of police, you need to then deal with the real enemies of the Black Steel in The Hour of Chaos mission. When you try to open up the van, they’re going to jump you. The four MaxTac operators can really pose a danger. However, there is a way to make it a little easier.
Each one attacks differently, so I would suggest going for Jasper Collins first. Their quickhacks are only going to make your life harder. Now, if you can, kite Faye Russo and Asher Peterson away from the larger Dallas Foster. The latter is the tank of the group and needs their own attention.
Regroup in Cyberpunk 2077
Once you have defeated them, you must regroup with Reed and follow the traces left behind by Songbird. Once you discover where she has gone, you can begin the next mission after Black Steel in The Hour of Chaos.
