When you receive the ‘Lights Out’ side activity prompt, you must speak to Officer O’Neal to start the objective. She’s right by the lockers as you walk in. You’re told to follow the power cable out of the room to find the fault.

Make sure to turn off your Night Vision, as you won’t be able to see the highlighted wires otherwise. Follow the cable to the left out the door. Scan the power boxes along the way, and eventually, you’ll notice the wires go straight down into the floor. Head downstairs and follow the cable down the corridor.

You’ll see the wire go into the ground once again. At this point, head downstairs into the garage. You’ll find the faulty power box at the base of the steps to the right.
