To unlock this quest, you must first complete the Regional Phenomena main quest in Hebra. Once that’s done, if you head back to Rito Village and chat with Tulin, he’ll have a new quest for you. Tulin will present you with a riddle from a book, that will then begin ‘Treasure of the Secret Springs’. The riddle can be a little convoluted, but it basically asks you to find the middle point between three hot springs.

Head to this location in the Biron Snowshelf. A large chunk of ice is blocking off a cave entrance. Using whatever’s at your disposal, figure out a way to melt it. Personally, I used a Ruby Scepter, but you can fuse a Ruby to any weapon to make fire balls. Or, have Fire Fruit or a Flame Emitter on you.

North Biron Snowshelf Cave

After it melts, you’ll discover the North Biron Snowshelf Cave. At the end of this cave, there’s a hole filled with cracked rubble. Use a Bomb Flower to make it explode. There are a few located throughout this cave, so don’t worry if you run out. You’ll need quite a few for the next part of the puzzle.

Jump down, and you’ll find yourself in a room with a strong updraft in the center. Your job is to blow up more rubble along the cavern walls, which will let out streams of water. A few of these don’t have water, and will contain some Ice Keese. Get rid of them quickly before they try to freeze you to death. Use the updraft to paraglide high up, and find the correct rubble to explode.

Once you’ve let water in three times, this will open a secret room. Inside, you’ll find a chest with the Vah Medoh Divine Helm inside. Remember the Divine Beast from last game? This helm is its replica! It only has a defense rating of two, but it also gives Link cold resistance.
