Unfortunately, the fastest recipe doesn’t involve coffee or coffee beans in any way. Nor does his emoji get to be an eyeball, which would’ve been perfect. You also can’t combine coffee or coffee beans to yield anything. Nor does any variant of anti, antis, or antiseptic yield Antisepticeye. You can, however, combine him with Markiplier to get Jackiplier. I don’t remember if that was ever a term but I’m used to this game fusing things at this point. Combining him with Ireland gets you Irish.
