How to earn money in Persona 5 Tactica

Money talks (and summons Personas).

Persona 5 Tactica has a big emphasis on building your character to be the best they can be, which involves new weapons and sub-personas. Many of the ways to get those new upgrades are through spending money, so here’s our guide on how to earn money in Persona 5 Tactica.

How do you earn money in Persona 5 Tactica?

How you earn money in Persona 5 Tactica is usually done naturally as you play the game, with money granted to you for completing missions and various battles. But when you’re fusing personas, and need some extra money to be able to summon the specific personas you need from the compendium, you might end up with not enough money to be able to purchase them. Which, if I’m being honest, has happened to me a few times. So, here are some ways you might not know about that earn you some money.

The first way you can earn money in Persona 5 Tactica is to simply advance the story, or clean up some quests you may not have completed yet. As mentioned above, completing battles earns you money, and it’s easily the fastest way of earning money in the game. So, if you have some fights you could be doing, you could do those! You could even replay old missions, if you find one quick enough to get done in an efficient manner.

The second way of being able to earn money in Persona 5 Tactica is by disassembling weapons. I personally forgot this feature existed, even if it was on the main menu of the Velvet Room the entire time, but you can disassemble weapons you’re not using for some pretty good money when you get deeper into the game.

What’s the best way to use money?

Honestly, there aren’t that many ways to use money in-game, with items not being a factor you have to worry about. This means that the main two ways of using money are summoning Personas and buying new weapons. The best way to use money is however you feel you need to spend it. I always like to have a lot of money so I can go on 35-minute Velvet Room spending sprees, trying to get the exact Persona I want to complement my build, so I was trying to accumulate money quite often over the course of Persona 5 Tactica.
