Qubits, ciphers, Cloud Accretions? You would be forgiven for being a little overwhelmed when attempting part three of the ‘Unfinished Business’ quest. Figuring out how to extract Rohan’s Data from Cloud Accretions in Destiny 2 isn’t one of the most straightforward questlines in the new Lightfall expansion. Thankfully, the jargon and steps are easily broken down and explained with simple instructions.
Finishing the Unfinished Business quest is a great step to take. The exotic machine gun, Deterministic Chaos, is a favorite for a lot of players.

Destiny 2: Lightfall –Â Steps to extract Rohan’s Data from Cloud Accretions
The first thing you need to know is that dead Vex simply drop the cipher qubits mentioned in the quest description. The more of these time-traveling terrors you dispatch, the more qubits you receive. Kill as many as you can. The odd one or two will drop a glowing silver pyramid as you kill them. This is a cipher qubit. Grab them to add to your collection. You will notice that, as you kill Vex, your counter is going up on the quest line.

Each bit of Rohan’s Data costs eight qubits for some reason. Once you have a total of 40, it’s time to move on to extract Rohan’s Data from Cloud Accretions.
You will find Cloud Accretions dotted around Neomuna. These wiggly little plant-type elements are unique to the area. Once you approach one with a stack of qubits, you can spend them to receive one single Rohan Data. You must repeat this five times with five different Cloud Accretions.
Tips for collecting cipher qubits

A great place to head for the Vex is to one of their Incursion Zones or to the Thrilladome in Liming Harbor. Both of these areas are guaranteed to be swarming with the Vex. Bear in mind, the Vex must be killed on Neomuna when extracting Rohan’s Data from Cloud Accretions, so stay in the zone.
