Silver Moblins are a common, yet deadly enemy in Tears of the Kingdom. They can easily take Link out in one hit early in the game. And even if you’ve got plenty of hearts and got good armor, they can still take you out in two to three strikes. They’re an enemy that you shouldn’t mess around with. But they also have some great materials that you can use to make your weapons even better. So, here’s how to find and fight Silver Moblins in Tears of the Kingdom.

Silver Moblins can be found in a lot of locations in Tears of the Kingdom. They’re usually at campsites joined by Bokoblins and can be found in some larger enemy camps too. So you’ll likely find plenty just by exploring Hyrule. But one of the best locations to find a Silver Moblin quickly is in the Depths. The Scorching Coliseum is just north of the Death Mountain Chasm and here you’ll fight a gauntlet of Moblins. You’ll find two Silver Moblins here, so it’s a good place to visit if you need their materials quickly. Check the map below for the location of the Scorching Coliseum.

As far as fighting Silver Moblins goes, you’ve got two methods. The easiest option is to use your bow and arrow to pick them off from a distance. This way you never have to worry about their devastating melee attacks. The problem is that this can take a while if you don’t have a good bow or materials for fusing arrows.

If you’re going up against them in melee combat, there are a few things you can use to your advantage. Their attacks are slow, so you can typically land a Flurry Rush pretty easily. You should also make sure to have a heavy weapon that can knock them off their feet. Weapons like the Boulder Breaker are perfect for this. By using a weapon like that you can constantly keep them on the ground and make them unable to attack you. So if you aren’t the best at Flurry Rush, this is the best method to taking them down.

Silver Moblins are indeed very dangerous, but maintaining some distance from them and remaining cautious can help. Of course, you can also make a massive death tank with Tears of the Kingdom‘s Ultrahand ability, but that’s all down to you.
