Palworld: How to find and catch Kingpaca

Kingpaca is one of the many Pals throughout the game that you’re going to notice on your map when you discover its region. These are more or less boss Pals that the game challenges players with taking down or catching to make part of your squad.

Kingpaca is going to be found on the same island where the players begin their journey. You’ll need to head south until you see a gigantic set of bones in the water. Once here, head up the trail, where you’ll eventually see the biome change to a red color, indicating you’re about to stumble upon Kingpaca.

How to catch Kingpaca

They’re going to have two Melpacas roaming around them, so you’re going to need to take them down first. Fluff Commander is level 23 and has around 2,200 health, so you’re going to need to deploy a combination of bow attacks alongside your Pals.

Sometimes you pick a bad spot for a base. Luckily, we have a guide to show you how to move your Palbox and Base in Palworld.

To have the best chance at catching one, we recommend keeping your distance and chipping away at Kingpaca’s HP until it’s low enough for you to throw your Pal Sphere. It may take a few tries, but this ensures your Pal’s won’t kill it.

These boss Pals are quite a formidable force, and once you successfully capture Kingpaca, you’re going to be rewarded with one Ancient Technology Point!

If you believe man is the most dangerous game, then perhaps you’ll want to learn how to catch humans – yes, HUMANS – in Palworld.
