Although you spend much of your time on the surface of planets when you play Starfield, you often take to space in your ship. While there, you might encounter numerous wonders, including derelict space stations and even a floating casino. One location you should visit fairly early in your adventure is The Den. Here is our guide telling you how to find The Den in Starfield.
Starfield – how to find The Den
The Den is a nice waypoint where you can find a Trade Authority office and even a Ship Technician. It is within United Colonies space in a small system. To find the Den, check near the planet Cthonia in the Wolf system.

The Wolf system itself is easy to find. You begin the game in the Alpha Centauri system. When you access your Starmap, the Wolf system is located a short distance to the upper right from Alpha Centauri, within easy distance.

When you access the Wolf system, look along the left side of the Starmap to find the planet Cthonia. If you highlight the planet and nudge your cursor a bit to the left, you should select The Den as your destination. Then you can travel directly to it.
When you fast travel to The Den, you will appear in Cthonia’s orbit with your destination ahead of you. You may need to give your engines some power, or use some light boosting. This will bring the station within range. I’m an impatient player and usually boost, but my ship travels fast enough that sometimes I overshoot my destination. Powering up your engines is usually enough to get you within range.
Once you get close to your destination, select it and then press the button or key indicated to Dock with the station and finally Board it.
