In events that happened before Marvel’s Spider-Man 1, Uncle Ben was killed. After completing Marvel’s Spider-Man 1, Aunt May was taken, too. To pay your respects, here is the location of Uncle Ben in Spiderman 2.

Where to find Uncle Ben and Aunt May’s gravesite in Spiderman 2
Uncle Ben and Aunt May were buried next to each other and Miles Morales’ dad, Jefferson Davis, is buried not too far away. You’ll find the gravesite in the northwest part of the map in Harlem. It’s in the park at the very top left section of the map.
Once you get to the cemetery, continue traveling north. When you’re close, you’ll see two white interaction buttons on Jefferson Davis’ grave on the left and Aunt May and Uncle Ben’s grave on the right. All three headstones have their names printed on them and none of the other headstones in the cemetery have that, so that’s a sign you’re in the right place.
I know Miles visits his dad at one point in the story, but I’m fairly certain there isn’t a point in the story where Peter visits Aunt May and Uncle Ben’s gravesite. Because of that, knowing the exact location can be difficult.
How to get the You Know What to Do trophy in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
Getting the Platinum trophy for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 isn’t hard, especially if you’re already going to 100% the game. One of the trophies is called You Know What to Do and it requires you to visit Aunt May’s grave as Peter.
The moment you interact with Aunt May and Uncle Ben’s grave, you’ll earn the You Know What to Do trophy. Now, you’re one step closer to getting that Platinum trophy. On your way there, you’ll definitely need to know how to farm Hero Tokens.
