Fortnite is all set for its Big Bang event in collaboration with world-famous rapper Eminem! Players will be able to join in on the star’s glamour by dressing up in an Eminem skin, but can also get a certain edit style for the sweet price of nothing.
To receive the Marshall Magma skin edit style, all you need to do is attend Fortnite’s Big Bang event on December 2, 2023. It’s a live event that starts at 2 pm ET which will see the rocket at Dusty Divot being finally launched into space.
That’s not all Fortnite has planned though, as there will also be a teased special appearance by none other than Eminem. At this time, it’s not clear whether we’ll witness a concert or not, but we know that the Big Bang will be at least as big as, or even bigger than, Fortnite’s Chapter 1 The End event.

After playing through the event, you will unlock the lava-themed Marshall Magma edit style for the Marshall Never More outfit. I think it’s a very cool version of the already sleek mafioso-looking skin and the fact that it’s reactive, meaning the lines of lava across Eminem’s outfit will move as you play, is just the icing on the top.

Do you need to buy a skin to use the Marshall Magma edit style?
Yes, you cannot use the edit style on its own. You will need to buy the corresponding skin in order to enable the free edit style that you’re awarded.
There’s a trio of Eminem Skins, called Rap Boy, Marshall Never More, and Slim Shady, which you can purchase in the item shop from Wednesday, November 29 at 7 PM ET. You do have to both buy the Marshall Never More skin and attend the event. Once you’ve played through it, you’ll get the edit style for that skin.
No need to get your wallets out that quick though as Epic has confirmed that you do not need to already own the skin to unlock its edit style. That means you’ll unlock this style whether you purchase the Marshall Never More skin before or after attending the Big Bang.
