Schematics are important in Palworld. They can fast-track you to better weapons and gear, and speed up the game for you as a whole. Legendary Schematics are functionally similar, just with higher-level weapons. But coming across them isn’t easy. Palworld: How to get Legendary Schematics
Normal schematics can be found in a couple of ways, and they’re easier. But to get Legendary Schematics, you must beat certain dungeons that have Alpha Bosses which are bigger versions of their counterparts. However, it’s reported that even if you beat the Alpha Pal and get the chest at the end of the dungeon, you have a low chance of a Legendary Schematic dropping.Â
There is a way to increase your odds though, and it’s a little morbid. If you have the stomach for it, you can first weaken the Alpha Pal and catch it. Then, once it’s yours, you can butcher it by using the Meat Clever. I’m not kidding, that seems to be the best way to farm Legendary Schematics at the moment. I do wish there was a vegan option for this.
Before you begin crafting, understand that these schematics need more resources than normal schematics. So before you start going out and looking for them, make sure your base is leveled high enough to farm a high quantity of resources at a quick rate.Â
Legendary Schematics locations
There are a lot of them, but only a handful are in a fixed location. You can use the map below to help you on your journey. To find the rest, you’ll need to explore since they drop into different areas or dungeons. Since these are Alpha Pal Bosses, I suggest you either level up high enough or head in with a friend or two. These dungeons are hard not for the just bosses, but with the other high-level Pals that roam around.Â
