The Blood Burner Key Schematic in MWZ gets you access to the first Wonder Vehicle which is a purple motorcycle that is nearly indestructible, can glide over water, has an Aether Pulse to destroy nearby enemies, and gains fuel by running over zombies. Of course, you want to know how to get it.

The cool thing about getting to the Blood Burner Key Schematic is you don’t need to complete the Bad Signal mission first. Yes, you do need to complete the Countermeasures mission which is available in Act 4, but it’s not required to complete Bad Signals before getting Countermeasures. Simply equip Countermeasures, complete it, and the new Dark Aether Rift area is yours to explore.
With Coutermeasures complete, you get access to a Blood Burner Key, but not the Schematic. This gives you a taste of the Wonder Vehicle. Now, you have to unlock the Gate similar to the first one with the Sigils. Inside, you’ll find challenges that you can complete. These challenges work just like Contracts in Urzikstan except they aren’t labeled on your map.
How to find the Blood Burner Key Schematic Contract in MWZ
You need to find the Contracts for yourself. Instead of looking for cell phones, you need to be looking for blue bunnies. Once you interact with a blue bunny, you’ll start the Contract. Beware, these Dark Aether Contracts aren’t a walk in the park. I recommend you use your best Pack-a-Punched weapons and a Juggernaut or two. Also, attempting this solo is suicide — bring a squad so you don’t fail immediately.
Sometimes, the Contract rewards can be based on RNG, but if you complete the right Contract, you’re guaranteed to get the Blood Burner Key Schematic. Dark Aether Contracts always reward Schematics upon first completion. If you complete a different Contract in this new Dark Aether Rift area, you’ll unlock a different Schematic for something equally good like the Mags of Holding or V-R11 Wonder Weapon.
The only thing left to do after you have the Blood Burner Key Schematic is exfil. I recommend not messing around with anything else and bee-lining it to an exfil. The last thing you want is to die and lose the Blood Burner Key Schematic after all that work.
After exfiling with the Blood Burner Key Schematic, you permanently get the Blood Burner Key and can launch into a match with it to spawn the Wonder Vehicle motorcycle. That’ll make finding all the Sigils a lot easier.
