In Palworld, the Legend Passive Skill is undoubtedly one of the best ones to have. Naturally, then, it is one of the hardest ones to get. But once you have it, you have it, and you can soon have a base of nothing but Legendary Pals.
Getting the Legend Passive Skill in Palworld
All of the Passive Skills in Palworld are randomly attributed to any Pals you capture. All, aside from the Legend Passive Skill. This one is reserved exclusively for four Pals that make the four “Legendary Bosses” of Palworld. The only way to get these Legend Pals is through capturing them. They will always be captured with the Legend Passive Skill that sets them aside from other Pals.
The four Legend Pals are:
- Jormuntide
- Paladius
- Frostallion
- Necromus
These Pals are incredibly hard to fight and even harder to capture. You’ll need the best equipment and Pals, as well as many spare Legendary Spheres if you want to capture them.
A Pal with the Legend Passive Skill will have the following buffs:
- +20% Attack
- +20% Defence
- +15% Movement Speed
Now you see why this Passive Skill is so sought after, and why these Legendary Pals are head and shoulders above the rest.
Can you pass on the Legend Passive Skill in Palworld?
Although only four Pals start with the Legend Passive Skill in Palworld, you can pass it on through breeding, like with all other Passive Skills in Palworld.
Breed your Legendary Pal with whichever Pal you want, and their offspring may have the Legend Passive Skill. This can be rinsed and repeated until almost every single Pal in your base has the Legend Passive Skill.
Legend is typically used as the final Passive Skill to create the fastest mount possible when combined with the other three Movement Speed Passive Skills. Naturally, this is very tricky to get, but the extra 15% does help.
The only exceptions are Pals that you can’t use other Pals to breed to get, such as Jormuntide Ignis. There may be a way to do this in the future, but for now, certain Pals just can’t become Legends. Sorry, Chikipi.
