Diablo 4: How to get Uber Uniques

When we talk about Uniques in Diablo 4, we are talking about the highest-tier items you can find in the game. They are so powerful that they even change the way you play the game to favor their unique effects. These Uniques drop only at World Tier 3 and 4 at Nightmare Dungeons, Helltide Chests, and even in the Overworld. Now you can even farm them thanks to the introduction of the Endgame Bosses. Having said that, Uber Uniques is another beast altogether. They are the non-plus ultra of Uniques, the créme de la créme. Therefore, they are the hardest items to collect in the game.

To get Uber Uniques, you will have to defeat enemies that have a Level of at least 85 in World Tier 4 and will technically drop wherever regular Uniques drop. I say technically because their drop rates are extremely row. However, a good strategy, thanks to the introduction of Endgame Bosses is to beat the Echo of Duriel, King of Maggots. This is easier said than done, of course, since Duriel is the hardest Endgame Boss in the game. Moreover, doing this requires you to defeat the Echoes of Varhsan and Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint before attempting to summon the Echo of Duriel. Be sure to check out how to summon all Endgame Bosses before attempting this feat. Here is a list of all Uber Uniques in Diablo 4.
