What are Warbonds and Super Credits in Helldivers 2?
Warbonds are a primary currency in Helldivers 2 and can be spent in the Acquisition Centre. You can access Acquisitions from your ship by pressing Square (X on an Xbox controller). Super Credits are similar to Warbonds and can be spent in the Superstore tab of the Acquisition Centre.
How to spend Warbonds and Super Credits in Helldivers 2
The Warbond section of the Acquisition Center is divided into pages, and you must spend a designated amount before accessing them in Helldivers 2. You can still look at the entire catalog and see how you’d like to use your hard-earned cash. You can use Super Credits in the Superstore tab, but the difference between the currencies is how you acquire them.
How to get Warbonds and Super Credits
Warbonds are earned by completing missions, and the amount changes depending on the difficulty.
For example, this easy Bug Extermination mission grants two Warbonds upon completion (pictured above). If you pick a Trivial mission instead, you only get one Warbond. Tackling harder content is the most obvious way to earn more Warbonds, but you’ll have an easier time if you’re playing with a group.
Completing a Focused Strategy can also earn a hefty load of Warbonds. These timed missions can be viewed on the Galactic War Map (pictured above) and take much longer to complete than regular missions.
Super Credits aren’t earned on the field but can be purchased with Warbonds. Each page of the Warbonds Catalog has a few Super Credits up for grabs, but earning enough for items in the Superstore will take a while. Still, the grind is worth it, as some stylish gear is up for grabs.
