Lethal Company: How to handle Tulip Snakes

Tulip Snakes are small flying entities that show up during the daytime outside of a facility. Luckily, Tulip Snakes can’t harm you, but they can latch onto you and lift you into the air. After about 10 seconds they’ll drop you, leaving you to take a good amount of fall damage. You can deal with Tulip Snakes in Lethal Company by hitting them with a shovel or throwing a stun grenade.

Tulip Snakes will most likely spawn on moons such as Adamance, Assurance, and March. Although they can’t hurt you, they can still leave you to take fall damage once they drop you. It seems like the more weight you’re carrying the heavier you are, and if at least two latch onto you you can use them sort of like a jetpack!

Just be careful about bringing them inside of the facility. If you read the patch notes for beta v50.4, below the addition of Tulip Snakes is a new cause of death, which is by the fan. Not sure what this means?

Well, if you’re inside the main room of a facility with a Tulip Snake on you, they can lift you until you reach the fan on the ceiling. Hitting the fan will instantly kill you, as shown in this Reddit video on the Lethal Company subreddit.

Although this is a pretty funny cause of death, it can be annoying if you don’t know how to stop it. If a Tulip Snake attaches to you, hit them with a weapon like a shovel or stop sign. Try to do this before you’re too high in the air to stop any fall damage.

Now that you know how to deal with the Tulip Snakes in Lethal Company, do you know about the new deadly spike traps that can instantly kill you?
