How do you craft a Fruit Roborant?

One of the earliest side quests in Dragon’s Dogma 2 is given to you by a girl in the town of Melve. She needs medicine and asks you to deliver a Fruit Roborant to her, but it’s up to you to find it.

Fruit Roborant is a common healing item in Dragon’s Dogma 2, but at this point in the game, you’re probably unfamiliar with the crafting system and don’t have too many ingredients in your inventory. While Fruit Roborant is very easy to craft with common components, you can also just purchase it from specific stores if you have the gold to spare.

If you want to buy Fruit Roborant for the little girl, then head to Runne’s Apothecary in Melve. The girl is standing right outside of this shop. It sells a bunch of generic healing items like Salubrious Draught as well as fruits like apples and grapes, and you can also purchase a Fruit Roborant for 600 gold.

That’s a pretty penny this early in the game if you haven’t been doing side quests or exploring off the beaten path on your adventures, but you can always sell some of your excess gear and items if you’re a bit short. Thankfully, you can also make Fruit Roborant yourself to save some gold.

How to Craft Fruit Roborant in Dragon’s Dogma 2

To craft Fruit Roborant in Dragon’s Dogma 2, you need to combine Greenwarish or Morningtide with Dried Fruit. Greenwarish and Morningtide are very common green herbs that you can collect not too far off the beaten path when traveling between towns, and odds are your Pawns have already gathered some for you if you’ve been ignoring crafting materials between quests. Make sure to check every Pawn’s inventory if you don’t think you have any.

Dried Fruit is created by combining any two fruits that have ripened. Fruits and perishable items decay over time in your inventory when playing Dragon’s Dogma 2, so all you have to do to get ripened fruit is pick up an apple, some grapes, or any other fruit and wait a while until they change to their ripened forms. You can purchase apples and grapes from Runne’s Apothecary for 50 gold apiece if you need them.

Once you have the necessary ingredients, open the Items menu and then press the Square/X button on PlayStation/Xbox to open the crafting menu. This will let you combine anything in your inventory and experiment to unlock new recipes, which are among some of the best things you can craft in Dragon’s Dogma 2. Once you’ve crafted something for the first time, it will be added to the recipes tab so you can make it without having to memorize the ingredients.
