Upon entering this shrine in Tears of the Kingdom, the first thing you’re going to notice is a body of water that’s flowing towards you with a raft on it. Don’t do what I did on my first attempt at this shrine and just jump into the water, as you’ll be forced backwards and die. Instead, to solve the first Nachoyah Shrine puzzle in Tears of the Kingdom, wait for the raft to approach you, and then use the Recall ability to send it back to where it comes from.

Second puzzle solution

Once you reach the platform in front of you, you’re going to want to hop off and cancel the Recall. This is due to the time limit that this ability has in Tears of the Kingdom, leading you to need to refresh which raft you use as you progress through this shrine. Therefore, wait for another raft to come towards you from the waterfall, and do the same thing again.

Moving on to the final puzzle in this shrine, which is just to the right of the cog, and you will see two clock hands turning in opposite directions. These open the door when they align, so wait for them to align, and then use the Recall ability to make the front hand to make them move the same way.
