GOA and Riot Games have announced that the European Beta for League of Legends is now underway.Based on the massively popular DOTA, League of Legends can best be described as a strategy RPG focusing on online gameplay. Riot Games is made up of industry veterans who have worked on Warcraft III and it also includes team members who worked on the successful DOTA-Allstars mod for Warcraft III.News that the EU closed beta has now started also means that Beta sign-ups are now being taken for European gamers.
