Modern Warfare 2 Care Package Permanent Fix Coming

A permanent fix for Modern Warfare 2’s care package exploit is coming.Despite recent patches aimed at fixing the problem, Infinity Ward’s Robert Bowling – known to the internet as Fourzerotwo – has Tweeted that the care package exploit “is becoming the bane of my existence. @infinityward is working on a permanent fix for it.”A follow-up Tweet responded to a concerned user commenting that a recent patch was meant to fix the issue, with Bowling adding “One instance of how to do it was fixed. Another was found. We’re investigating a deeper code fix for it to eliminate it permanently.”Modern Warfare 2 has been tainted by exploits and hacks since release, with Infinity Ward beavering away feverishly to try and get them fixed and make the multiplayer what it should be.
