More Than A Million Spores Creatures Created

In only one week, over a million wild, whacky and wonderful beasties have now been designed by Maxis, the makers of The Sims and brought into this wonderful little game.  Spores.com is the place to go to download the Creature Creator, where you can create any type of realistic or completely bizarre looking creature.

Lucy Bradshaw, the executive creator said that “Maxis is excited, humbled and inspired by the explosion of creativity that we’ve seen with the Spore Creature Creator online.”

There is a free trial version of Spore Creature Creator, where you can share your creations online and can be imported into the full game when it comes out later this year.  The downloadable version is to give you 25 per cent of the creature making parts which can all be added onto the full game.

Spore is out on PC, Mac, Nintendo DS and Mobile phones on the 5th of September.
