EA has announced that its upcoming racer MMO, Need For Speed World, will go live on 20 July 2010. The client will be available to download for free from this date, which gives players access to all races, pursuits and career progression up to level 10. Anyone who pre-orders the game will have a one-week headstart from 13 July with increased XP for the duration, will be able to reserve their game names in advance and have a VIP status permanently displayed in their driver profile.
