If you own an Nvidia card and plan to spend the festive period playing either Elite: Dangerous or Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes, you may as well install the latest GeForce 347.09 WHQL drivers.
The blurb for these drivers says they’ll provide the “best possible gaming experience” for both of the aforementioned games.
According to the PDF release notes, 347.09 also adds (or updates) a game profile for next year’s Project Cars. There’s also some 3D vision and 3D compatibility stuff for games like Elite, Far Cry 4 and Shadow of Mordor.
Not much else to add beyond that, really. Since I don’t own an Nvidia card, I’ve not tested these myself.
