Ubisoft has announced that, from today, players can download and take part in the public beta test for the upcoming RTS, R.U.S.E.

Testers can choose to play as one of the six unique factions and train against the AI before going up against other players. There are seven multiplayer maps which offer from 1v1 to 4v4 or free for all. There are three multiplayer modes, 1939, 1942 or 1945, where players can use up to ten different ruses to trick their opponents in battle.

The game is set to be released on 3 June 2010 on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. Visit Steam’s R.U.S.E. page to download the client and give it a whirl. Also, check out our preview for an overview of the game.
