Rebellion has informed us that Sniper Elite 3 will be coming to the PC on 27 June and they’ve also revealed the pre-order bonus which is a rather interesting sounding mission.

Did Hitler die in his bunker? Was he killed by a sniper in a secret trip to North Africa? I think we can safely say he died in the bunker but Rebellion want you to think otherwise with the special pre-order mission “Target Hitler: Hunt The Grey Wolf.”

Sniper Elite 3

In this mission Hitler and his double have arrived on a secret visit to a Tobruk in 1942 and you’re tasked to take down Hitler, or Grey Wolf as he’s known by the Allies. Players will have to infiltrate the German held streets of Tobruk using all your sneaky sniping skills and stealth. Rebellion say that every playthrough of this mission will be unique with an expansive open environment, and randomised target identities, journals and locations. When you do eventually catch up with Adolf, will it be him or his double?

The PC version of the game is being self-published by Rebellion and will be available from all good digital retailers in June. If you pre-order the game and DLC through Rebellion now there’s a rather nice 20% discount.

For more on the game make sure you check out our recent preview.
