Sabotaging the main antenna and the water pumps
If you’re at the central section or ventilation tunnels of Mount Kuamar, you’ll notice that there are multiple branching paths.
The main antenna
To the west, you’ll find the main antenna. This is a wide-open area with several guards and snipers (that you can melee).
Ideally, you’ll want to clear out most of the hostiles to prep for your main objective.
That main objective happens to be disabling the antenna itself. There are three rotating pylons, each with three circles/lights that need to be shot:
- The first part is visible from the left-hand side near one of the ventilation tunnel exits.
- The second part is visible from the right if you’re on one of the elevated walkways.
- The last one is all the way towards the back (the “central” area itself). Be careful because there’s a heavy mob here.
Note: Line up your shots correctly because you only have a few seconds to snipe all three circles for each pylon. If you complete the entire sequence without letting the timer elapse, you’ll also complete a challenge.
The water pumps
To the east, you’ll find an area that looks like a dam. Your goal here is to find the three water pumps so they can be disabled.
The first pump is all the way to the left (facing the dam). It’s on one of the elevated platforms/tanks.
The second can be found if you go to the right-hand side.
If you swim through one of the flooded tunnels, you’ll find it as you surface.
After disabling two of the pumps, the water levels should go down. You should then be able to enter the adjacent tunnel that leads to the third pump.
