There are a few random side quests you can stumble upon in this CRPG, such as “By a Thread.” We’ll explain how you can find the ladsman location in Sorris Square in Sovereign Syndicate.
This isn’t a huge area, but if you don’t look at the proper time, you may not find Carlisle McGrady. Here’s what to do.
Where to find Carlisle McGrady location in Sovereign Syndicate
Although the game will tell you to look in a specific location, I had a lot of trouble spotting this character, just like you may be as well. It may not be entirely your fault though, because how you find the location of the ladsman in Sovereign Syndicate is on the western side of Sorris Square during Chapter Five.

I received this side quest during Chapter Two and was told by Dolores Chen to find Carlisle McGrady in Sorris Square. What the game doesn’t tell you is that this ladsman doesn’t show up until a later chapter, which I initially found frustrating. Luckily, if you also are in the same boat, don’t worry.

Simply ignore this quest until Chapter Five, which is when you get to control Clara Reed again. Now, walk to the western edge of Sorris Square and find the ladsman standing just south of Nandi’s Shop. I find that holding the “Tab” button helps me identify people and things I can interact with.
That’s all there is to it! Now you can get in contact with Carlisle McGrady and report back to Dolores Chen for a reward. One such reward is Dolores’ Fan, one of the many fans Clara is looking to collect.
