How to catch Eric’s stalker in Spirittea – ‘Photographer Needed’ walkthrough
Talk to Eric after you see the notice to hear him out on feeling like someone has been stalking him lately. He asks you to take three pictures of his stalker on Monday or Thursday nights around 10 PM.
To prepare to do this, go to the general store to buy a retro camera for 1,000 Moolags and put it in your backpack. That’s the easy part. The difficult part of this spirit quest is figuring out the camera.
When you have it out, the left shift is the key to using the camera. After the photo processes, it’s left shift again to close the photo. The camera takes a picture of the far edge of the screen in the direction you point it, meaning you will have to coordinate and place yourself during the actual walk to catch the stalker on camera.

Eric’s route starts at the large apartment complex. Camp out at 9 PM on Monday/Thursday in preparation with the camera out. He walks to the left, up past Coffee Love, through town walking left, then down toward your house. If you walk ahead of him, you’ll spot someone hiding along the way multiple times. Be quick and don’t linger on your photos to have the best chance of capturing all three.
How to take photos of the stalker
You’ll catch the stalker in these locations while Eric is walking:
- Behind the tree to the right of Coffee Love
- Inside the dumpster outside the restaurant
- Out in the water on the bridge toward your home
Talk to him at the beach at the end of the walk to show him the photos. Now wait until another Monday/Thursday at 10 PM. You’ll find the woman standing on the beach, and can even talk to her.
Wait for Eric to arrive and talk to him. He informs you they’ve been hitting it off. Now enter tea vision for a plot twist everyone saw coming.
Aurora is in love with Eric and is determined to Romeo and Juliet her way through a spirit and mortal relationship no matter how much Wonyan tries to rain on her parade about the logistics. She tells you she won’t give up on him without something to remember him by.
Sprint back to Eric’s apartment in the second-floor middle room, grab his toothbrush in the bathroom, put it away, and return to her before midnight, otherwise she disappears for another Monday/Thursday. She’ll finally remember that she’s not human and agree to break up with Eric.
Unfortunately, you can’t hear their conversation. You’ll just have to trust he took it well and the day is saved, but not from heartbreak.
