StarCraft II Release Date Officially Slated Late 2009

Blizzard CEO Mike Morhaime announced during the E3 2009 Activision Blizzard webcast that StarCraft 2 release date is expected internally to be late 2009.

Morhaime said Blizzard is “targeting an end of year release — this year — for StarCraft 2, but as always, we won’t release it until it meets our standards and the expectations of our players.”
