Nyamyam Game’s Jennifer Schneidereit has revealed that they are delaying Tengami’s release for Mac and Windows.
To put it briefly, Nyamyam doesn’t want the game to get lost in the holiday shuffle. Fans who preordered Steam keys are getting them on time as promised. Of course, Tengami is already available on iOS and the Wii U eShop.

For a number of reasons, that I will explain below, we have decided to postpone Tengami’s PC/Mac release date to January 15th, 2015. Everyone who pre-ordered the game will still receive a Steam key within the next few days.

But unfortunately November and December, happen to be, some of the busiest months for gaming releases. With Christmas coming up, a lot of big titles are being released and most of the big publishers are fighting over the ‘big Christmas business’. This also means that the gaming press is very busy with covering these big releases. We worry releasing Tengami into this situation, will result in greatly decreased attention by press and players alike. Visibility is nowadays one of the key factors for a game’s success on any platform and frankly we don’t think that we will be able to create enough awareness for the game’s launch during the ‘festive’ season.
