It’s hard to believe it’s already been ten years since Square Enix dropped a meteor on the original Final Fantasy 14. The cataclysmic event that wiped the slate clean so the realm could be reborn. To mark the occasion, Square Enix has announced numerous events, all kicking off with a massive Anniversary sale. The sale runs from 17 August – 13 September 2023.

There are a ton of old favorites on sale in the shop, but here’s all the new stuff that’s up for grabs:
- Magitek Attire
- Magic Trick Emote
- Loss, Fire, Faith Reproduction (Housing Item)
- Set of Artist Reproductions (Housing Item Bundle)
- Clockwork Solus Minion
The Clockwork Solus Minion technically isn’t new, as it was a part of the Rising Anniversary event in 2022. Still, this is the first time it’s been available in the store.
As for community favorites, you’re spoiled for choice.
One of the most popular items in the game, the Phial of Fantasia, can be bought separately or in a bundle. These Phials allow you to completely change your character’s race, gender, and appearance. Perfect for all you Fantasia addicts out there (you know who you are).
If you’ve been holding off participating in the ceremony of Eternal Bond, the Promise of Devotion Item is also on sale. There’s also a slew of Emotes available for all you RPers.
If the Dawntrail expansion has piqued your interest, but you’re a bit behind in the story, Tales of Adventure packs are also available. There’s a pack for each expansion, and purchasing them completes all main scenario quests. There are similar skips available for every job in the game as well up to level 80.
