As you no doubt are already aware, many foods, both raw and prepared, can help with your stamina, magic, max health, and healing in Valheim. But there is also a whole load of other buffs and resistances you can acquire with a number of recipes. These are some of the best recipes for resistance buffs in Valheim.
How to make mead in Valheim
These recipes are all made from mead, the hangover-inducing Viking drink of choice. For this, you’re going to need a decent supply of honey, a cauldron, and a fermenter. The easiest way to get honey is with a couple of hives. A hive is constructed with a Queen Bee, which can be found in abandoned dwellings around the map. Once you acquire the necessary equipment, it’s time to get the mead flowing.
You will first have to make a mead base in your cauldron. Place the required ingredients in the cauldron over a burning fire and remove the prepared mead base. Place this base in your fermenter and wait for two in-game days for it to be ready. Once it is prepared, you can drink to your heart’s, and liver’s, content.
