When Quake Champions was announced at E3, old school Quake players probably got rather excited. What is id aiming for with Quake Champions?

Tim Willits explains their goals in this new video from Bethesda and I think it’s safe to say Quake as we knew it is dead. With the introduction of different characters to suit different play styles, well, that’s not really Quake, is it? It’s another team- based character-based shooter with special abilities.
