As heralded by the appearance of an in-fiction letter the other day, a Dark Elf trailer for Total War: Warhammer 2 is on the way. A short section of that trailer (which will be cinematic in nature, not gameplay) can be seen on the Creative Assembly Facebook page.
The full trailer will be out tomorrow. They usually appear around 2pm UK time.
It appears Malekith will be stomping around and harassing some poor High Elves. Hopefully the trailer will confirm a few more units for the Dark Elf faction too, if only in cinematic form.
The Total War: Warhammer 2 marketing has moved onto a multi-pronged front of late. It started by going faction-by-faction, but now it seems like anything from one of the four factions could appear. There’s the long-term ‘ritual’ tease for Skaven going on, the High Elves just got a solid gameplay video (featuring Lizardmen too), and now the Dark Elves are getting a look-in too.
