Ubi Responds To Aussie Settlers 7 Woes

Ubisoft has responded to reports that Australian Settlers 7 users are unable to play the game.

Earlier today we reported how some users were unable to play the game for reasons that were thought to be related to Ubisoft’s new DRM system, known as the Online Service Platform. The publisher, however, states that this is not the case.

“This is a separate issue to the OSP system,” an Ubisoft spokesperson told IncGamers, adding “it’s currently being worked on by the developers and we aim to have a solution soon.”

“For anyone experiencing the issue, the best approach is to create a ticket on support.ubi.com which will then provide them with email updates on the situation as they arrive.”
