Before getting the Ashika power plant Crown Intel, first find the Shadow Company Stick and the Ashika Island Intel. These three documents are part of a single mission called ‘Muddy Waters.’ You can find the first two documents in the Northeast (F6) and Southeast (F8) of the Beach Club respectively.

If you have them, here’s how to find the Crown Intel:

  1. Obtain a Stronghold Key. You can do this by either going after a High-Value Target or purchasing one at a Buy Station. Alternatively, you can get a Stronghold Key from one of the guards in front of the building.
  2. Go to the Ashika Power Plant. There will be a handful of enemies within the vicinity, so make sure to clear the building first. We find that using a shotgun is very effective due to most of the encounters being at close range.
  3. Climb up to the third floor where you will see a Power Room. The Crown Intel can be found laying on the floor behind the Power Controls desk.
  4. Once you have found the Crown Intel, you now have to escape through an Exfil location. If you weren’t able to do so, you will not be able to clear the objective and you have to re-do everything again.

We find that going for the Shadow Company Stick first before going back in for the Crown Intel to be the most efficient and safest way of completing the mission. Since the first two objectives are near each other, it’s ideal for players to extract them first without having to go after the Crown Intel. There is also the risk of running into players getting the Crown Intel in the Ashika Power Plant. Lastly, we can not stress enough how valuable it is for each member of your team to clear and look out for enemies while gathering these objectives.
