Sotenbori Street plays host to a variety of establishments. Many of them are restaurants, although you will also find Club SEGA and a driving range. In the middle of this area, you also should spot a clown standing in front of a shop. The above screenshot provides a map of its precise location. I found that early in the adventure, streets and attractions tend to blend together a bit. You can bring up the map with the press of a single button or key until you’ve become a neighborhood institution yourself and no longer need such reminders. That acclimation process took me at least a dozen hours.

The clown in front of the shop is Kuidaore Taro, your target. Bring up your camera and center it on the photo’s intended subject. The “Take Photos” prompt should appear when he’s in frame You can snap a photo and it goes directly to your album.

When you hand the photograph over to the man waiting on Sotenbori’s west side, you’ve completed Osaka’s Famous Clown mission. You receive 10,000 yen and 500 Akame Points. The reward is not nearly as handsome as the clown himself, but it’ll do in a pinch.
