You can find Calyban in Gerudo Town, and she can initially be found in the Gerudo Town Shelter.

When you get to Gerudo Town for the first time, you’re going to be greeted by a locked door at the Gerudo Town Shelter. You have to find another way in. We have a guide on getting into the Gerudo Town Shelter, but on the way there, you’ll notice some messages in a bottle. These messages in a bottle in Tears of the Kingdom are being dropped into the river below the Gerudo Town Shelter by Calyban herself, and she can be seen sitting next to the hole that leads below the Gerudo Town Shelter with a box of these messages ready to be dropped into the river.

After you find her, you can talk to Calyban about how she’s hoping these messages in a bottle will help her find her one true love. If you bring Calyban one of the messages in a bottle in Tears of the Kingdom, this will actually start a side activity where Calyban will give you gifts every so often when you talk to her. You can bring her one of these bottles by using Ultrahand, and attaching it to the pot on a string in the cave beneath Gerudo Town Shelter, then moving it into the Gerudo Town Shelter, and going up there, and having it next to you before talking to her.

If you’re looking to find her after this conversation, Calyban will be located just outside of the Gerudo Town Shelter, on the right-hand side.
