Where to find Tingel Island Chasm in Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)

Going into the Depths.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom features many different surprises in its vast open world, the biggest of them all being the addition of the Depths. The Depths are an underground labyrinth with an inverse map of Hyrule, meaning that there’s an entire second map down there! This means there are a bunch of things down there for you to do, whether that’s infiltrating Yiga Clan hideouts, mining Zonaite, or simply lighting the place through Lightroots; there’s a lot to the Depths. But before you can do all that, you’re going to need to be able to get there; well, if you’re looking to get into the Tingel Island Chasm, we’ve got you covered. Here’s our guide on where to find Tingel Island Chasm in Tears of the Kingdom.

The first step to finding the Tingel Island Chasm is finding Tingel Island. This small island is on the very right-hand side of the map. There’s a collection of four islands and Tingel Island is the one at the very top, just below the Rist Peninsula.

Once you find Tingel Island, you’re going to want to head to it. The island can be pretty hard to get to, especially without upgrading stamina or having stamina food or the glide armor to make skydiving mobility better. Luckily there is a bridge system connecting the islands together, so as long as you can get to one of the four islands there you should be okay.

After arriving at Tingel Island, you’re going to want to look for the Chasm. You can see the Tingel Island Chasm in the image above. Once you reach that location you should see a triangular hole in the ground, you can descend down this hole because that is the Tingel Island Chasm.

Once you get down into the Depths via the Tingel Island Chasm, you can actually travel between the four islands that are here underground via a blocked tunnel that you need to break through. This can take quite a few resources, but there is a pretty cool reward waiting at the end of the road for going through that effort, which was nice for me, as I personally used all of my Bomb Flowers to get through those tunnels.
