First, you need to visit downdetector.com. Here, you’ll see the status of the Reddit servers based on user reports. The chart here allows you to report that Reddit is down and it also shows you if other users are reporting Reddit issues. Downdetector.com works based on a 24-hour period which means you’ll get an accurate representation of any outages.
The second place you need to visit to see if the Reddit app isn’t working is the official Reddit Twitter page. On the Reddit Status Twitter page, you’ll get accurate and up-to-date information on exactly what is happening with the Reddit servers.
